Between legends and stories, in the footsteps of the myth of Quetzalcoatl, relive the conquest of the Mayan and Aztec civilizations as well as the arrival of chocolate in Europe and Bayonne ! Then go back in time thanks to our collection of old manufacturing machines.

Throughout this journey, witness the artisanal creation of our specialties, made from 100% pure cocoa butter chocolate, with a gourmet eye. This educational and fun tour reveals all the stages of chocolate making.

Finally, from harvest to final processing, experience the intense journey of the cocoa bean through a short film (20 minutes of screening) and discover all the secrets of its production.

A children's workshop then offers budding little chefs (ages 4 to 12) the chance to practice their craft as chocolatiers, giving free rein to their imaginations by decorating a delicate white chocolate treat. Fun creations that they will proudly take home.

Contemplate, touch, listen, smell, bite... At the end of the journey, your taste buds will be rewarded with the tasting of a selection of exceptional and unmissable chocolates.

Chocolatiers are present from Monday to Friday (production stops at 4:30 p.m.)
