A very mixed experience! On the plus side the pool is excellent, and most of the staff are very good too. But there are some major negatives, in particular our experience in the restaurant. The menu is limited but the food was good. However, the young man behind the counter was extremely rude and incompetent - we ordered a pichet of rose wine, he brought red and when we pointed this out he shouted at us “you ordered red!” After a couple of minutes (having presumably checked the order) he came back and grudgingly apologised- later on he was offering us free wine, but tbh he’d been so abrupt from the moment we walked in that we weren’t accepting it. Don’t know what his problem is. The money evidently spent on the excellent pool should maybe also have been used on getting the pitches more level. And beware where you park in October - falling acorns are quite a hazard.

Fantastic stop in campervan. we really enjoyed our stay, convenient, clean, safe and friendly welcome. Very easy access to the the Basque area, countryside or sea. And an amassing pool!

Free WiFi in April and an indoor pool (rather cold though). Modern unisex facilities with strange urinoirs outside in the open with a bamboo plant to supposedly providing privacy.

We stayed on a camping pitch in a motorhome. Hardly any level pitches and mostly under oak trees so very noisy in the autumn with the acorns falling. Pool is lovely and clearly has had a lot spent...

Terrible service from some arrogant staff!! Caution of the "dirty room" scam which will cost you 70 euros if the wind blows a tiny bit of dust back inside when you leave, which is incredible...
