A fun trail through the fields: the chili pepper maze (June to the end of November)

From June to the end of November, families can extend the experience with a fun trail through the heart of the chili fields.

This educational maze, freely accessible, offers a fun and informative walk among the rows of chili peppers. Informative panels (FR/ES/EN) allow visitors to learn more while having fun, and children love taking on the challenges of the family game "Ramuntxo's Games".

An ideal activity for discovering, learning… and having fun in the great outdoors.

The "Hands in the Soil" workshops

Depending on the season, the Atelier du Piment offers participatory workshops to get your hands dirty and experience agriculture from the inside.

Sowing, transplanting seedlings, discovering the producer's techniques… these special moments allow visitors to participate concretely in the key stages of chili pepper cultivation.

A lively, educational and authentic experience, particularly appreciated by families and children.

A gourmet shop featuring local products

After the visit, head to the farm shop, a true showcase of local know-how.

Visitors will find the full range of Espelette pepper products: PDO powder, sauces, condiments, but also a gourmet selection of carefully chosen local products: chocolates, cured meats, spreads, Basque Country wines, artisanal honey…

A great way to leave with a delicious souvenir… or to stock up on flavors to share!

      Groups, coach operators & companies

L'Atelier du Piment also welcomes groups, coach operators and organized trips in suitable conditions: easy parking for buses, smooth reception and tailor-made experiences.
