We stayed for a few days at a Santiago apartment and were very happy with the quality of the accommodation, the cleanliness, the usefulness of the equipment and the comfort. Location was also as good as it comes! Staff at reception was also great, would definitely recommend, especially for couples and families.

The location couldn't be better, and the people at the reception are super friendly and helpful. Our apartment was fully equipped and very spacious. So why not 5 stars? The beds: on the short side (I am 1.82 meters, so not extremely tall) and on the hard side. Not bad, certainly not, and I slept reasonably well, but after about 6 hours I did start to feel it in my back. But all things considered, I was happy to put up with that. If I am ever fortunate enough to visit this amazing city again, I will go back here.
