    • XARMA Rural House

      Detached house (60m2) built according to eco-construction principles. Located in the countryside, at the foot of Mount Jaizkibel. Perfect for hiking and getting away from it all. Very close to San Sebastian (12km), Hondarribia (10km), and Hendaye (11km).


      The house has two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed. There is a kitchen and a living/dining room. The bathroom is accessible for people with reduced mobility. The house is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. It also has a large private garden with a barbecue. Free parking and Wi-Fi (Netflix) are provided. A family atmosphere is guaranteed.

    Top location for exploring the eastern part of Spanish and most of French Basque Country. Pleasant and very quiet cottage with all amenities (including air conditioning!). Super friendly owners who are ready to help and provide tips and explanations about the region. I highly recommend this!

    A fantastic and charming place to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. It's close to San Sebastian and surrounded by beautiful flowering shrubs. The beds were incredibly comfortable – we slept like babies. The apartment is very comfortable, fully equipped, and very clean. There's an additional table and chairs in the garden. Perfect for families and those seeking peace and quiet in an idyllic setting. We were there too short, which we deeply regret. Perhaps this is a reason to return. The hosts are incredibly kind and approachable. Thank you so much for hosting us.
