Laure and Jacques will offer you an entirely homemade breakfast.
In summer, Laure will serve it to you on the terrace facing the Rhune or Mondarrain, in winter on the kitchen side by the fireplace.
Jacques, former Owner and Chef of the La Grange Restaurant in Bayonne, will cook organic and local products such as fried eggs with Espelette pepper, just-seared Bayonne ham, farmhouse sheep, and Arbonne breads. He makes his jams with Amatxi, of course, and you will be awakened by the smell of his Pastries that he bakes every morning.
