  This charming, intimate hotel is sure to please all travelers, whether on business or vacation. I appreciated the spotless location near the train station, slightly removed from the center of Cambo-les-Bains, in a quiet area with its own secure parking. The room was comfortable, air-conditioned, with very high-quality bedding, a spacious bathroom, and all the little details that demonstrate the importance placed on guest comfort. Special mention goes to the friendliness of the owners and the quality of the varied breakfasts, which featured delicious local ingredients. I will definitely return.

  Disappointing experience. Booked through Wonderbox, with breakfast as an option (provided with a quote). Upon arrival, we were told (in an unfriendly tone) that breakfast was ultimately mandatory because "Wonderbox isn't profitable." Upon checkout, there were no questions about our stay: we were simply asked to pay for breakfast and the tourist tax, again without any kindness. Too bad, I could have pointed out that the hot water in the shower takes a long time to arrive, which is a real waste. It's unfortunate, because the room was clean and comfortable. But if you don't want to welcome Wonderbox guests, you might as well unsubscribe from the program. It's a shame, because the point of Wonderbox isn't immediate profitability, but to promote your establishment and encourage guests to return. In our case, unfortunately, we won't be back.
