    • Visit our BiPiA artisanal cannery

      Our store is open all year round, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
      In July and August, we are open Monday to Friday continuously from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.


      The guided tour for everyone:
      In July and August, we offer free tours of the cannery without registration, to learn everything about the Espelette pepper and enjoy it.

      • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 a.m.
      • Fridays at 4:30 p.m.


      Group visit:
      You are taking a group trip to the Basque Country, you would like to know more about Basque gastronomy, we offer you a guided tour of our cannery followed by a cooking demonstration and tastings. A group activity that is both delicious and enriching, to learn everything about Espelette pepper.

Presentation of our creations and their uses in cooking. During the week and depending on the schedule, you will be able to observe how our team works the Espelette pepper.


      • From pot to plate, culinary dexterity and gourmet tasting

      Purely the greatest pleasure for gourmands, a cooking demonstration before your eyes with two simple and quick recipes that can easily be reproduced at home. You will have all the tips to enhance your dishes! Finally, taste our products and let yourself be seduced by the Espelette pepper!
