La Maison Bonnet - 3 stars Small hostel in the heart of Itxassou in the Basque Country

Created by Joseph and Jeanne Bonnet in 1948, the small inn located in the center of the village of Itxassou has evolved over the years and through successive generations.

Today, Beñat Bonnet, the restaurant's chef, and his partner Sandrine, who works at reception, continue the family history, surrounded by their team.

Jean-Paul and Maika, Beñat 's parents, recently ceased their activities but remain present in this family-oriented house.

Our SPA area, a place dedicated to relaxation and rest, located in a quiet garden facing the mountains with a year-round indoor swimming pool, balneotherapy and sauna.

The Bonnet Restaurant, the Fronton and Agian hotels, as well as the Alzuyeta farm dedicated to receptions and weddings, make up Maison Bonnet while preserving the values of hospitality and gourmet creations that have made the Maison's reputation over time.

Closed Tuesday and Wednesday all day except during the July and August season on Wednesdays. Hotel closed in January.
