OUR BREAKFASTS :

Laure and Jacques will offer you a breakfast entirely homemade and at the moment.

In the summer, Laure will serve you on the terrace facing the Rhune or Mondarrain, the Winter kitchen side near the fireplace.

Jacques, former Owner and Chef of the La Grange Restaurant in Bayonne, will cook organic and local products such as Espelette Peppered Frozen Eggs, Bayonne Ham just snacked, Farmer's Ewe, and Arbonne Bread. He makes jams with Amatxi, of course, and you will be awakened by the smell of his Viennoiseries that he cooks every morning.
