- We are in Donosti, Gros neighborhood, at 47 San Francisco Street
  The star of the show is the pizzas, made with sourdough and fermented for over four days. Whenever possible, we use local ingredients to finish the dough, which goes into the wood-fired oven at 420°C and cooks for 90 seconds to create a Neapolitan-style pizza with the characteristic cornicione.
  
  At Humo, the oven is the only source of heat, so everything that needs cooking must have passed through it. This means it governs the rhythms and preparations of our home. We are constantly learning to extract the best from its cycles.
  
  At Humo, we offer balanced and diverse starters for everyone, from cured meats from our friends in Extremadura to fantastic vegetables from local suppliers, artisan cheeses from the country, and many more indulgences. Flans, ice creams, tiramisu, melt-in-your-mouth cakes...

Great for eating with friends or a partner... though not exactly intimate... The waitresses are attentive and friendly, and everything is quick. You can see the oven, which gives it a very traditional touch. The pizzas are good, and they don't ask for an arm and a leg when the bill arrives... but it's not exactly a charity either! Perhaps some pizzas with slightly more "surprising" ingredients/flavors could "spruce up" the menu... It's a good option, and I'll be back!
