  What starts badly, usually ends badly. We had the reservation at least two weeks in advance. A few days before, we called to confirm and asked if we could dine on the terrace. They said no problem. Imagine our surprise when we arrived and were told that we couldn't eat outside, even though the inside was full! We asked to speak to the manager, and in the end, after arguing, they seated us outside. Dessert arrived, and we saw that another table, with a birthday girl, was being honored with a Mexican hat and a cake with candles. It was my birthday, and we asked if they could do the same for me, and they said no! That we hadn't made a reservation!! We were going to pay for a hat and a cake! A very, very unprofessional gesture that says a lot about you. When you weren't so busy at another of your locations, you did it for a friend without him even asking. It's clear that success has gone to your heads. I won't be returning, nor will I recommend you, as I have done many times before. I wish you luck in keeping your customers.
