  A friend suggested we have dinner somewhere, and he took me to one of his favorite spots. Don't expect to be greeted in a stereotypical Vietnamese setting, as some might (by which I mean: don't expect an Asian restaurant with all the "traditional" trappings, like the music, the decor, or any of the other clichés we've become accustomed to). During a conversation with the owner (yes, no, maybe?), you can sense her desire to do things well, to fully satisfy her customers. But more importantly, she's passionate about her cooking, and it shows in her dishes...here, the goal isn't necessarily a breathtaking visual experience on your plate, but rather an explosion of delicious flavors for your taste buds (the spring rolls were very good, and the beef satay...well, my first time was a delightful experience, excellent!). As for the setting, it's quite a friendly, family atmosphere... I met some lovely people that evening, as funny as they were interesting (special mention to the dog "massager," because, yes, our furry friends are welcome, as long as they're well-behaved!). A place to recommend when strolling through the streets of Ciboure, or if you're looking for a quiet spot, both for its welcoming atmosphere and its cuisine. Thanks again to the staff there that evening, I had a great time! And above all, keep sharing your love of cooking on your plates!

  Excellente adresse, tout est fait maison avec des produits de qualité, le canard, cuit à la perfection avec une sauce magnifique est un canard label rouge. Les nems et Samoussas sont également excellents. Un grand merci à la chef Kim pour ses délicieuses préparations ainsi que pour son accueil, très chaleureux.
