  That the airport opens at 5:30 when the company asks you to arrive at 5:00 is one thing but still having to wait until 5:45 for the staff to open check-in and thereby cause occasion a huge queue… the least we could do would be to be already operational at 5:30!! Imagine... if I work in a store that opens at 9:30 a.m. but I start opening my cash register at 9:45 a.m.... do you get it? The customer's feeling??

  Asking us to arrive at the airport at 5:00 a.m. when it opens at 5:30 a.m. and waiting until 5:45 a.m. for the ground staff to open the recordings creating a huge queue, without a word of apology. Knowing that the plane is supposed to take off at 6:30 a.m., and that Air France warns us that baggage drop closes at 6:00 a.m. and that the doors close at 6:15 a.m.... put on your best running shoes and prepare for a sprint :) the art of creating queues and stress in the French way :) have a good flight for the next passengers who will experience Biarritz airport :)
