    I arrived 40 minutes before my flight. I had no luggage and wanted to collect my ticket. The person had just closed the Transavia check-in. He refused to give me my ticket, claiming that the procedures had changed and he couldn't reopen his system to issue it! If I had checked baggage, I would have understood, but in this case! Even a self-service kiosk could have done it! I had to buy new tickets for my son and myself just because the staff wouldn't make any effort! I can't wait until all these people are replaced by kiosks! They are absolutely useless! They lie to your face! They take the easy way out! No humanity... no sense of service... change careers!!!
