  Thanks to CAP TRADITION! I used their services for the inauguration of my new store and everyone had a great time! Thank you Damien for your responsiveness because all of this was done somewhat at the last minute and he was able to demonstrate speed in our discussions and quickly find solutions when it came to delivery and installation. The products were of high quality and all my guests were delighted. I highly recommend their services.

  We called on Cap Tradition for our daughter's baptism. We highly recommend Damien for the quality of the service offered but also because we found, in his cuisine, the taste, flavors and atmosphere of the southwest. The event was a success.
