This former mansion, collection of antiques carefully selected by its owner, and its artistic director, Olivier Granet gives this unique place all its character. The judiciously established decoration is magnified by the floral compositions of Mar Lopez, florist and artist who offers originality and signs the identity of the place.
  
  Fabrice Idiart, Michelin-starred chef at Moulin d'Alotz, signs the "family cuisine" menu which echoes his childhood memories.
  A simple, generous and gourmet cuisine, with fresh, seasonal, local and carefully selected products.
  
  Organization of weddings, baptisms, seminars, gala dinners...
  
  Florist and decoration shop: open Tuesday to Saturday, from 10.30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  
  Visit of the estate by appointment: Tuesday to Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

It was July 14th, I was coming for the second time to your restaurant which I knew as gastronomic but which has become a Spanish-style bistronomic and disappointing.

A rather disappointing experience with Gaztelur's customer service. We received a gift certificate for a meal for two for our wedding, sent only by text message. Unfortunately, we forgot about it and contacted the restaurant again about six months after it expired. I fully understand that a gift certificate has an expiry date and that we were partly responsible. However, after several follow-ups, we were simply told that their system didn't allow for an extension of more than one month, without any compensation, even partial, being offered. I then wrote again, explaining that we ourselves work in the restaurant industry and that we weren't necessarily asking for the full reactivation of the certificate, but simply a gesture of goodwill or a more considerate solution. I never received a reply. Gaztelur is certainly a very fine establishment, but not responding at all to a customer after a meal for two has been fully paid for seems particularly inflexible and rather unprofessional. It's a shame, because we were really looking forward to trying this restaurant.

I’d like to find a known brand of champagne. Not better or more expensive, but a good known brand. I think they had Ruinart a few years ago.
