- The Gaztelur estate, located in a majestic setting, plunges you into a timeless atmosphere as soon as you enter. This former mansion, collection of antiques carefully selected by its owner, and its artistic director, Olivier Granet gives this unique place all its character. The judiciously established decoration is magnified by the floral compositions of Mar Lopez, florist and artist who offers originality and signs the identity of the place.
  
  Fabrice Idiart, Michelin-starred chef at Moulin d'Alotz, signs the "family cuisine" menu which echoes his childhood memories.
  A simple, generous and gourmet cuisine, with fresh, seasonal, local and carefully selected products.
  
  Organization of weddings, baptisms, seminars, gala dinners...
  
  Florist and decoration shop: open Tuesday to Saturday, from 10.30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  
  Visit of the estate by appointment: Tuesday to Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  
  With friends, family, or as a couple, around cheerful and colorful tables, you will feel pampered and finally disconnected.
  
  Gaztelur's signature is above all the commitment to cooking quality local products and vegetables from our vegetable garden. This year our hives provide our chef with a “homemade” all-flower honey that he uses in his dishes and desserts according to the inspiration of the moment.

Our time at Gaztelur felt like a storybook adventure. What really amazed us was their beautiful garden where they grow all sorts of veggies and fruits. When they brought us a salad made from things picked right there in the garden, it was like tasting freshness itself – a memory we won't forget. We loved taking a stroll in the garden with a little drink in hand. It was a nice way to enjoy nature and get ready for the delicious food. And let me tell you, every dish we tried was incredibly tasty. Knowing that the ingredients came straight from their own garden made it feel extra special. But Gaztelur is more than just a place to eat. It's this big house filled with old and interesting things. We had a great time going from room to room, checking out antiques. The best part? You can actually buy some of the stuff if you want to take a piece of the magic home with you. The staff service was amazing! The people working there were so friendly and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality added a wonderful touch to the whole experience. In a nutshell, Gaztelur isn't just a restaurant; it's like a mix of nature, history, and really good food, all topped with amazing staff service. Our time there was super amazing and definitely one of the best parts of our trip.

What a charming place! The ambience is magical with a lot of attention to detail. Great service, very friendly. The food is rather simple but tasty and with high quality products. All in all a lovely experience and definitely worth a visit.

Not what it used to be anymore - they used to be a one Michelin star with the previous chef. He left a bit ago, and current chef also has a Michelin star for his other gastronomic restaurant nearby. However, I don’t think he really has focused on this menu (I’m going to his main Michelin restaurant Moulin D’Alotz later also) Now, the food and service is like better than average brasserie food set in a beautiful ambiance. Overpriced for what it is though.

I’d like to find a known brand of champagne. Not better or more expensive, but a good known brand. I think they had Ruinart a few years ago.
