    • Ithurria is a former Compostela relay, transformed for you into a charming inn.

      Opened in 1962, four generations have succeeded in the kitchen.

      For half a century we have been trying to perpetuate the art of hospitality, respect and the search for the best products for our kitchen and our cellar.


      Our menu and menus revolve around specialties such as piperade, eggs with truffles or pigeon and seasonal products such as asparagus from the Landes, porcini mushrooms, wood pigeon and lamb from the Basque country.


      Our well-stocked cellar in Bordeaux is enriched with the best Crus from Irouleguy and the South-West, not to mention a fine selection of Armagnacs.

    Fully deserves its Michelin star. We return twice a year and enjoy the local walking and a swim afterwards!
