- Ithurria is a former Compostela relay, transformed for you into a charming inn.
  
  Opened in 1962, four generations have succeeded one another in the kitchen.
  For half a century we have tried to perpetuate the art of welcoming, respect and the search for the best products for our kitchen and our cellar.
  Our menu and set menus are based around specialities such as piperade, eggs with truffles or pigeon and seasonal products such as Landes asparagus, porcini mushrooms, wood pigeon and lamb from the Basque country.
  Our well-stocked Bordeaux cellar is enriched with the best Crus from Irouleguy and the South-West, not forgetting a fine selection of Armagnacs.

A true family business, you'll be made very welcome! The rooms are very comfortable. As for the restaurant, the menu made with seasonal produce was incredible! Finally, don't leave without a jar of jam, homemade and to die for!
