    • Ithurria is a former Compostela stopover, transformed for you into a charming inn.


      Opened in 1962, four generations have succeeded one another at the stoves.
      For half a century we have been trying to perpetuate the art of hospitality, respect and the search for the best products for our kitchen and our wine cellar.

      Our menu and dishes are based around specialties such as piperade, eggs with truffles or pigeon and seasonal products such as Landes asparagus, ceps, wood pigeon and Basque lamb.

      Our well-stocked Bordeaux cellar is enriched with the best Crus from Irouleguy and the Southwest, not forgetting a fine selection of Armagnacs.

    Charging stations are indicated but are inaccessible because they are located in the hotel/restaurant's private parking lot, and even more remarkably, inaccessible even when the establishment is closed. Yet, these stations are clearly marked as available on Freshmile and ChargMap. The owners of this establishment could have had the courtesy, if not the basic courtesy, to leave them accessible.
