Auberge Ostapé - 1 star Land and sea cuisine in Bidarray

In the heart of a 17th century farm, the contemporary Lore Ttipia inn comes alive with the gourmet cuisine of chef John Argaud and his team.

Inspired by the 7 Basque provinces, the menu evolves with the seasons, the fire illuminating tasty land-sea alliances. The desserts, works of pastry chef Damien Albert, extend this culinary journey towards original flavors.

Sommelier Elisa Combrouze, with the help of Denis Verneau, MOF 2015, filled the old Basque dresser with more than 400 wine references, revealing treasures from the vineyards of the South-West.

Depending on the mood and the weather, meals can be enjoyed on the panoramic terrace with a breathtaking view of Mount Baïgura or in the warm dining room of this typical Basque country mansion.
