    • The team of the Restaurant Les Tilleuls is pleased to welcome you all year round to the heart of the village of Hasparren.

      The Grande salle de restaurant invites you to its tables for a moment of gastronomic pleasure, in an authentic setting. The Chef Sébastien Arzac performs with simplicity and finesse the refined dishes which have made the reputation of this place.

      A generous cuisine will be offered, with seasonal products that are available in traditional recipes based on Basque cuisine, as well as modern and inventive dishes.

      Daily menu at 16,50€ (only for lunch during the week)

      + à la carte suggestion according to the market

      Opening :

      Monday to Saturday noon and evening
      closed on Sundays (except on occasions : Mother's Day, privatization etc...)
