It was in 2019 that the Lekukoa Farm was born. Passionate and determined, Yoan Laxague decided to take over the family farm in Saint Martin d'Arrossa, with some 180 Manex Tête Noire. Local and rustic breed, the adventure begins.
In perpetual evolution and search for improvement, Yoan works in High Environmental Value. He transforms his harvest of milk into yoghurts and cheeses.
Yoan will be delighted to welcome you to the farm, every day from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., to help you discover his work and his herd.
Available all year round, our AOC Ossau – Iraty Raw Milk Farm Cheeses are on sale directly from the farm or to order at 06.71.49.71.49 (delivery possible).
