Comfortable, well-equipped ( air-conditioned ), and bright, the Standard, Tradition, Club, Privilege, and Family rooms (accommodating up to four people, with a bathroom and shower plus two toilets) offer views of either the park or the ocean. The Privilege and Tradition rooms feature a private terrace. The four 45m^² Suites comprise a double bedroom, a living room, a terrace with views of both the ocean and the park, a bathroom and/or shower room, and two toilets. The Suites are ideal for families or couples seeking space and privacy (with separate, direct entrances).

The four-star Résidence La Réserve is ideal for those looking to rent a studio or apartment in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, offering independence during their holiday while still enjoying the services of a four-star hotel. Around forty air-conditioned apartments and studios are available, accommodating 2 to 6 people, some with a private terrace. The accommodations are equipped with kitchenettes containing everything needed to prepare simple meals, heat food, and settle in : microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, and small dishwasher.

The restaurant is open to hotel guests as well as passing gourmets. Lunch menus are available, along with a varied à la carte selection. The beautiful , bright interior dining room is comfortable during the shoulder seasons, while the terrace, perfect for sunny summer days, provides a setting that complements the delicious food.
