Our stay exceeded our expectations! The apartment is very well-equipped and has all the necessary comforts for a wonderful stay. The view of the park and the pool was a real escape! The staff is attentive, professional, and kind. A big thank you for this lovely break. The location is ideal for exploring the city without needing a car. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful hotel on the third line at the end of Saint-Jean-de-Luz beach. It's a complex nestled within a park, featuring a small palace (which serves as the reception) with guest rooms, as well as auxiliary buildings and modern, luxurious bungalows surrounded by lush vegetation and a wonderful heated pool. The apartments are functional, modern, and luxurious, lacking nothing. Breakfast is good (€22), although, in my opinion, the fruit should be peeled and cut. It's completely quiet and just a 15-minute walk from Rue Gambetta and 7 minutes from the beach. There are plenty of parking spaces within the complex for €15 (parking in Saint-Jean-de-Luz is always paid, and even more difficult on weekends and during the summer), so you don't need a car at all (another advantage). The Jatera restaurant offers a short but very elaborate menu at a mid-to-high price (depending on where you live and your taste in food). The only downside is that the bungalows don't get much natural light due to the lush vegetation. Highly recommended.

Beautiful grounds. Very warm welcome. Excellent restaurant. My wife loved Jenny's relaxing massage. We'd love to return to this hotel.

Maybe at one point this was a 4-star property, but that wasn't our experience. Front desk staff were kind, though clearly stretched thin, just one person on hand to help with bags which needed to go...
