SEGIDA SPICES UP GASTRONOMY

Nestled in Ainhoa, in the heart of the Basque Country, in one of the most beautiful villages in France, we, SEGIDA , have been producing Piment d'Espelette AOP since 1998; indeed, we manage the product cycle, from the seed to the final product: Espelette AOP pepper powder.

Heirs to a family tradition, since 1998 we have maintained the love and passion for working the land; indeed, we produce Espelette Pepper certified by a Controlled Designation of Origin (AOC, the only spice labeled in France) , in accordance with ancestral traditions; we transform, package and market on our farm.

Several times rewarded at the International Agricultural Show in Paris, the excellence of the SEGIDA chilli pepper is today acclaimed beyond the borders, by the big names in gastronomy and fine gourmets.
