      After studying oenology in Bordeaux and Burgundy, then working in Côte-Rôtie and the Rhône, Olivier Pouchouloumoved to his native Basque country in 2019.


      Settled in Ispoure, Olivier raises his tannats and Cabernet Franc, the first vintage of which was produced in 2020. He planted 2.5 hectares, then leased a further 2 hectares ofAOC Irouléguy land.

    I came to the estate and was kindly received by Olivier who showed me around his vat room and I tasted some very good wines, keep it up, kind regards

    A little soreness in the thighs given the slope of the vines but a very beautiful place to discover!
