  I don't usually leave bad reviews for places I frequent. We visited the office a little over a month ago. The truth is, the service there left much to be desired. We decided to visit to ask for information about possible excursion routes. The guy told us that the maps were on the tourism website and that he couldn't give us any brochures as a guide. We asked for a typical, local, traditional place to eat steak, and again, nothing, not a single suggestion. It seemed like he just wanted to get rid of us. I've worked in customer service for quite some time, and I've never experienced such poor service. The visit lasted about a minute, and then we left. I hope someone reviews the service because what a disappointment it was.

  The service was terrible. When we arrived, it was just us and a man, with only two employees to help us. They told us to take a ticket, which we did, and then we saw that there were 10 numbers ahead of ours on the screen. We waited a long time, as if they were staring blankly at their screens, and decided to give up trying to get a map... Were they bored?
