  The service today, Friday, November 28th, from 3:30 to 4:00 pm was terrible. After visiting several places in the plaza where all the experiences were pleasant, this was the worst service I've received in the area, and it was also very expensive. From the moment you arrive, you notice that the waiters serve you with a bad attitude, as if they don't like their jobs. I asked for a martini recommendation, and the waiter, a white man with tattoos on his neck, glasses, and short stature, couldn't recommend the only martini on the menu that I asked for. His service was unprofessional and arrogant, and he served the drinks incorrectly in the wrong glasses. He didn't know his own establishment's cocktails and was rude during service. I wouldn't recommend this establishment after such a bad experience, and it's not worth it with the high prices compared to the surrounding places. There was no leadership figure who could resolve the situation, and it left me with a bad experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
