Since 2022, Maïté and Philip have welcomed you in a warm and friendly setting to enjoy cuisine prepared with love and simplicity.
Authentic, lively and generous, like his cuisine, Philip has a fine twenty years of experience behind him as a chef in Switzerland, France and Latin America.
After having lived a good slice of life far from her native land, Maïté has returned to her roots and deploys her creativity with sunny and smiling touches to welcome you as if you were at home.
Together, they embarked on the Egun On adventure and are delighted to share their love of the Basque Country, full of flavors and colors.
Egun On offers simple cuisine that favors fresh, local, seasonal produce : sandwiches, salads, burgers, taloak and pizzas (in the evening or to order at lunchtime). There is also a daily special and a children's menu.
