Nous sommes venus à 6 (samedi 19h) pour boire un verre et pintxer, nous avons attendu nos boissons pendant 45 minutes, les pintxos sont arrivés avant évidement, installer debout (table 32). Assez désolant de voir autant de personnel non former, ne connaissant pas les numéros de table, ne sachant pas si fait maison ou non, ne se souciant pas des clients et de leur satisfaction. dommage pour une réouverture nous nous en passerons dorénavant… chère pour ce que c’est, et la qualité de service désastreuse .

'étais à l'hôtel et j'ai immédiatement réservé dans le restaurant attenant avec mon partenaire et mes amis. Nous avons commandé un cocktail, des croquettes de viande et de la pluma de porc. Le cocktail ressemblait à du café sans alcool. Il y avait peut-être du rhum dedans, mais je n'y ai vraiment pas goûté. Les croquettes de viande (5 boulettes) étaient très savoureuses. La pluma de porc était servie sur une soucoupe en fer des années 80 (que je n'aimais pas du tout), avec de la salade et des pommes de terre bouillies. La portion était petite mais suffisante. La pluma de porc était dure et contenait beaucoup de graisse. L'autre était meilleur. Nous avons également eu une bouteille de vin local de Madiran à 31 €. Nous avons payé 50€ l'homme. C'était bien, mais si j'étais resté plus longtemps en ville, je n'y serais pas retourné. Pour un hôtel quatre étoiles, je m'attendais à quelque chose de complètement différent du restaurant. Cela avait l'air très prometteur, mais j'avais encore très faim. Dommage

A buffet brunch as we like it! Choice, quality and a super pleasant atmosphere. You can serve yourself at will and everything makes you want... It’s hard not to taste everything!

We wait a long time before we get the order we believe in Mexico. Okay for drinks, xipirons are very good but xuleta croquetas taste like cramé. It's not very good!
