At some point, we stop dreaming about it and share it. Poached Egg has been my dream place for so many years. By opening the doors on August 1, 2018, I put the dream on the plate.
The adventure began under the name Brunchfrancy where eggs were poached every weekend in the form of a privileged and private brunch then delivered. When I found the place, I could only give it the name that suited it.
Today, the poached egg is the only international brunch to offer “homemade” dishes using fresh local and organic products.
The main objective is to try to offer on your plates the opportunity to taste local cuisine revisited in world dishes and all this at breakfast accessible all day long. Because we love breakfast too much to stop it!
