Every Sunday, the Aukera farm (20 min from Biarritz) opens its doors to 16 guests for an "experience meal" based on products from its orchard, vegetable garden and forest.
Transformed by a chef and tasted in unusual places on the estate, citrus fruits, vegetables , game and wild plants are found on plates accompanied by wines and cocktails.
Each meal is unique and is preceded by a visit to the farm, because here, we only eat what we produce on site with the best ecological standards since we are self-sufficient in water and electricity and we cultivate without chemicals.
The themes are varied: wine or spirits tasting in the presence of the producer, introduction to a culinary technique, artisan demonstration, etc.
