      In Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, Egiazki opens its doors to visitors eager to discover the world of Basque liqueurs, spirits, and ciders. The experience begins in the company's bar and boutique before continuing behind the scenes of production. The approximately one-hour tour provides a deeper understanding of Egiazki's history, its roots in the Basque Country, and the company's evolution since the creation of its first artisanal Patxaran.

      Discovering production

      The tour continues in the heart of the factory, where the house's various recipes are developed. Visitors discover, in particular, the maceration methods used to make the liqueurs and thus gain a better understanding of the work behind the Egiazki bottles. It's an opportunity to explore the different stages of production and the expertise developed in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle with fruits, plants, and spirits.

      Sagarno directly from the vat

      The experience also includes tasting, with a special highlight: sampling Sagarno Txopinondo directly from the vat, at its production site. This offers a unique way to experience this iconic Basque apple wine and connect the explanations given during the tour with the product being tasted. The tour thus provides a tangible glimpse into the world of the winery, from production to the glass.

      After learning about the production process, it's time to taste Egiazki products.
