Le lieu est pourtant très sympa… Mais à notre arrivée, après avoir réservé par téléphone 2 mois à l’avance pour un groupe de 11 personnes (EVJF), le prix annoncé était différent de celui indiqué lors de la réservation. On nous a tout de même fait un geste, heureusement. Cependant, une fois sur place, plus de la moitié des équipements ne fonctionnaient pas, sans que nous en ayons été informées à l’accueil. Pendant les 2 heures passées sur place, nous nous sommes fait réprimander au moins 4 fois par le maître-nageur (je suppose), qui n’était pas du tout aimable, et ce pour du bruit que nous ne faisions pas… Bref, je déconseille cet endroit, malgré la gentillesse d’un jeune employé qui a été très agréable, nous a offert des bonbons et semblait lui-même mal à l’aise face à la situation. Même des habitués avec qui nous avons discuté étaient très déçus 😢

Honestly, the reviews are exaggerating; the water temperature wasn't that cold. Overall, a pleasant experience. Just one annoying point: the showers are extremely poorly designed. The saloon-style doors make you think they're communal showers when they're not, and there's no way to know if a shower is occupied because not everyone thinks to put a towel on the door to indicate it's taken. In the end, I went home and came face to face with a woman who was naked. If you see this comment, ma'am, I apologize, lol.

Very disappointed, communication problems at reception. After calling to inquire about opening hours, upon arrival, we were charged €17 for a 1-hour spa session, even though it wasn't working (well, not even one spa was working, and we weren't informed beforehand). Shameful! They didn't even offer a discount knowing it was out of order.
