  Christophe, a legendary surfer on the Basque coast, is a fantastic teacher, and his team of surf instructors reflects his qualities. Learning to surf in Bidart with this Basque surf school is highly recommended. Keep on surfing!

  Fantastic surf school in Bidart, with friendly staff, excellent teaching methods, and lots of progress. Christophe Reinhart made us fall in love with surfing; as soon as we stood up, we felt that special feeling of surfing. Learning to surf on the Basque coast was a real pleasure under these conditions.

  We're a group of friends, rafting and whitewater sports instructors in the Basque Country, and we wanted to try a surfing lesson in Bidart, on Erretegia beach, with someone well-known on the Basque coast. That's why we chose Christophe Reinhardt. Five of us came in April 2026, and it was absolutely fantastic. Great session, great feeling right from the start. We rediscovered sensations we know well from river surfing, but with the added energy of the ocean. Christophe, who has been a state-certified surf instructor for a long time, was able to adapt to our level and help us progress incredibly quickly. A truly great experience on Erretegia in Bidart, we highly recommend it. 🌊 And afterward, you can come rafting on the Nive River 😉
