  The reception was appalling. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our room, even though we arrived at 4 pm and it was supposed to be available at 3 pm. The young woman at reception made us wait in the lobby without giving us any information. We should have known that we would have to wait 30 minutes. Furthermore, the bartender practically shoved us in the lobby without apologizing and complained that he was overwhelmed in the dining room. A bad first impression and not at all friendly. The breakfast was very disappointing in terms of choice (limited selection and poor quality). The dining room was very cramped for the number of guests. The only positive point was the kindness of the staff in the breakfast room, especially the Spanish waiter, who was absolutely lovely and attentive to the guests.

  Superb hotel for a relaxing stay in a great location. Excellent welcome from all the staff, very comfortable beds, and Phytomer hygiene products. The best part: heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and a small but well-equipped gym. The restaurant offers a small menu of tapas and desserts, but of excellent quality at reasonable prices. Don't hesitate to ask for recommendations on nearby restaurants. In short, everything you need for a fantastic holiday! 😍🤩

  The entire team is very helpful and welcoming. The room is comfortable and nicely decorated. Very clean. Good bedding. The spa area is truly lovely for relaxing. We are delighted with our stay.
