Excellent hotel with marvelous accomodations, restaurant, SPA and thalasso services. Pity that facility is not classified as a 5* hotel, they deserve it by far, for the staff professionalism (especially Gema at reception), Julie, The maître d'hôtel and Miss Cuba at the restaurant, Tapas bar staff and the whole Thalassotherapy team. It was a marvelous stay for my family and we did enjoy it so much.

****Warning**** book at your own risk extremely awful experience. Please do not book this hotel. We had booked to return to the hotel later in the week but due to a forest fire we were unable to.. After speaking to the hotel we asked if we could change our reservation , they refused. Siting the policy, clearly they think more about their policy than customers. They offered to book us new rooms and charge us for night we could not use. What a bunch of thieves, I hope their family don’t get stranded in an unfamiliar area due to a natural disaster and het treated this way. Please don’t waist your time at this hotel, better to find people that care and have humanity. We drove 8 hours home, customer service is not in their vocabulary. We also found the service poor and rooms very small a complete swindle.

Hotel was nice and spa is great, but they say they have parking included which isn’t the case. We had to queue to get into a public parking and wait for someone to leave which can be ages if you did what I did and go during peak season as it’s in the busiest part of town. On top of that, we had to pay 19 € per day for the parking. For the price you pay for the hotel, this is really a joke.
