      With more than 130 years of uninterrupted work, Casa Otaegui is the oldest pastry shop in San Sebastian and is an integral part of the city's gastronomic history. The Panchineta is the sign of identity, faithful to its original recipe since the beginning of the 20th century, it is a cake that perfectly balances the crispiness of puff pastry with the sweetness of pastry cream and the character of toasted almonds. Its popularity inside and outside our borders has made it the most emblematic dessert of San Sebastian and the Basque Country.

    Super sweet pastry shop that has been in the family since 1886, according to their web site. Really nice and clean atmosphere. We came in for Basque cheesecake but after seeing all the pastries in their display cases, we had to get several more things. Great place and very tasty pastries.

    Wow this place is sweet and delicious , stop by if you have the chance to try the local pantxineta I love it. Delicioso lo hacen desde el año 1915

    A very nice and old local patisserie. The employee was very kind. I tried San Sebastian Cheesecake and it was very delicious. I recommend it to everyone.
