Located in the heart of Saint-Jean-De-Luz, Macamilia's homemade macarons have been a favorite since 2017 at Gachucha, a family linen shop since 1923.

The macaron's reputation precedes it. Whether enjoyed at the end of a meal, as an afternoon snack, or with a coffee break, the macaron can be savored at any time of day. Colorful and easy to handle, it appeals to young children and adults alike.

A palette of colors and flavors

Emilie makes the macarons every day in her kitchen laboratory above the century-old shop.

Classic perfumes are well represented, such as coffee, lemon or Madagascar vanilla; original ones are not forgotten, with floral perfumes like orange blossom or rose or more exotic flavors like pistachio or coconut.

High-quality ingredients

All the ingredients are meticulously chosen with care, starting with the almond flour, which must be white and free of impurities. The pistachio paste is homemade with green pistachios and is fragrant. This exacting standard is evident in every macaron creation.

The packaging is not left to chance either; beautiful boxes await you to showcase its small handcrafted jewels.
