⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent experience from start to finish! I would like to thank the entire Toyota team, and especially my advisor, Mr. Guillaume Amaral, who was exceptional throughout the entire purchase process. He was available, attentive, very professional, and offered excellent advice. All my questions were answered, and the follow-up was impeccable. The purchase process was simple, quick, and transparent. I felt supported at every step, which is very reassuring when buying a car. As for the vehicle itself, I am completely satisfied. It perfectly meets my expectations: comfortable, pleasant to drive, and of very high quality. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I am very disappointed with my experience with this Toyota dealership. On Tuesday, July 21, 2026, I called to get a quote for wiring my tow hitch. I was asked to come in on Friday at 3:30 p.m. so a technician could look at the vehicle and provide a quote. So I made the trip, about a 30-minute drive each way. When I arrived, someone asked me to wait. After waiting an hour without any updates, I went to inquire. I was finally told that I needed to make an appointment because no one was available to examine my vehicle. I don't understand why I was asked to come at a specific time if no one could take care of it. The result: a 30-minute drive there, 30 minutes back, and an hour's wait on site—two hours wasted—without any estimate or assistance. What disappoints me most isn't that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but the lack of organization and consideration for customers' time. A simple phone call before my trip or some information upon arrival would have saved me this wasted time. I hope Toyota Bassussarry will improve so that other customers don't have the same experience.
