  A local curiosity! I'm hesitating between 1 and 5 stars, so I'll give it 3... I recommend everyone to come, but don't buy anything. Like many other reviews, we were very poorly received, with unpleasant messages everywhere in the store, and almost every customer was treated to a nasty little welcome note. It's very funny... unfortunately, I'm too well-mannered to have been chased away, but I'll go back with more courage!!! PS: Children, tourists, and dogs are prohibited 🤣🤣

  I was walking quietly in Hendaye, talking on my phone and looking at the windows, when I approached this shop. The woman inside refused me entry simply because I was on the phone, telling me it wasn't polite. I found her attitude inappropriate and truly unwelcoming to potential customers. It's a shame, because I had intended to go in and maybe buy something, but after this experience, I won't be going back. EDIT: The owner's response speaks for itself. Nothing to add.

  The saleswoman was unpleasant – one wonders why these people even run a shop – they're clearly not cut out for retail – the stool at the entrance should have been a red flag before I went in. Avoid at all costs – this is a terrible image for the Basque Country – thankfully, this type of shopkeeper is the exception.
