In Macaye, just 20 minutes from Espelette and Hasparren, Amaia delights in her kitchen, creating new pastry recipes every day to enchant your taste buds. Passionate and talented, she offers a tempting seasonal menu and designs custom cakes to suit your desires, perfect for enjoying alone or sharing. Amai Pâtisserie: a pastry chef you can trust completely!

The pastries are made to order with a minimum of 72 hours' notice.

Delicious pastries to enjoy all year round

Those with a sweet tooth will love digging their spoon into the heart of soft biscuit, light cream, crisp pastry, and fruity coulis … These homemade creations are made with love and care. Amaia, a young pastry chef of 27, is nonetheless highly experienced, having completed six years of study and five years of professional experience in shops and alongside pastry chefs, honing her techniques and skills.

Since October, she has been baking with great pleasure , creating recipes that reflect her own style : elegant and refined. Strawberry tart, chocolate-hazelnut entremet, raspberry-pistachio tart, pavlova, or even vanilla pecan tart (her guilty pleasure)—each creation is as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to eat, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Traditional shapes give way to irresistibly tempting number cakes and letter cakes, a beautiful combination of textures and flavors in every bite. Trays of petit fours are also available to order, perfect for accompanying a cocktail, coffee, or simply enjoying sublime homemade sweet creations.
