From a young age, baking has been more than just a hobby for her: it's a true passion. She has always loved testing, creating, and sharing homemade treats with those around her. This passion naturally led her to consider a career change, in order to give baking a central place in her life.

After graduating from the pastry shop, she took the plunge and created her own micro-business, dedicated to making delicious cookies.
Since April, she has been offering her artisanal range at the Quintaou Anglet (Thursday and Sunday) and Bidart (Saturday) markets, where she enjoys sharing her recipes with customers. Orders can also be made via Instagram.

This adventure allows her to combine creativity, sharing and authenticity. Values that motivate her every day in this beautiful project.
