Welcome to Château de Libarrenx, an exceptional location nestled in the heart of Soule, one of the most authentic provinces of the Basque Country. Located near Mauléon, this unique estate is entirely dedicated to welcoming groups for your field trips, seminars, sports stays, family events or weddings.

Set in a 9-hectare wooded park (including 3 hectares of private land), bordered by the Saison River, the château offers a preserved natural setting, ideal for relaxation, outdoor activities and discovering Basque heritage without even leaving the grounds.

Beyond the park, there's a vast environment to explore. The château is a prime starting point for exploring the Iraty, Barétous, and Aspe valleys, which will take you to summer pastures or ski slopes depending on the season. You can also explore the remarkable sites of Béarn des Gaves or the Way of St. James in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port.
Whether you are passionate about sport, the environment, Basque culture, medieval heritage or local crafts (espadrilles, Basque cake, etc.), there is something for everyone.
