Campsite Ametza, 4 stars in the Basque Country, in Hendaye, a few steps from Spain, is located 900 meters from the most beautiful fine sandy beach on the Aquitaine coast.

The 4-star Campsite Ametza is resolutely oriented towards the well-being of its customers in search of discovery and comfort!

- Remodeling of each plot from 100m², rented with cabin (shower, washbasin, toilet) numbered and privatized in the sanitary area.
- Premium pitch of 150 m² with private sanitary cabin installed on the plot, the Sanylis (shower, washbasin, sink, toilet).

Between the sea and the mountains, you will choose, in a wooded and flowery park, mobile homes, chalets, unusual accommodation such as the Coco sweet, a beautiful alliance between the traditional tent, the mobile home, and the Campétoile, tent on stilts for a real back to basics. You will find, in a natural landscaped setting, pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes.

The 200m² aquatic area, heated from the month of May, invites you to relax. "La Table d'Ametza and the grocery store welcome you from 8 am. specialties from the French and Spanish Basque Country (ham, lomo, chorizo... honey and compote, cheese).
You will taste the traditional cuisine, tapas, platos combinados, croquetas, tortillas... without forgetting the essential pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and picnic baskets for your walks.
A local bakery delivers breads and pastries for savory or sweet breakfasts.
Organic goat and sheep cheese come from local producers.
The flavors of the Basque Country are in the spotlight!

The Children's Club (from the age of 4) and the mascot Mumphrey opens its doors from July around various workshops.
The animators offer a schedule of sports and fun activities as well as an entertainment program during the "ongi etorri" welcome drink on Sundays, in season (dancing evenings and shows).
The Ametza pass and its personalized card is offered to each customer who thus benefits from 10% on the activities of our affiliated partners (surfing, sailing, diving, caves, etc.)
