  We are satisfied with our investment. The Insitom team is very friendly. The delivery went well, we were delivered on time. We expressed some reservations which were quickly lifted. The person in charge of delivery was attentive to our needs. The residence is pretty. The sales team was able to answer our many questions because it is never easy to plan on an investment such as purchasing an apartment.

  I completely agree with Sarah with her comment. Before signing, RAS, good follow-up, available, some good advice. On the other hand, once you have handed over the keys, I strongly advise you to carry out a meticulous inspection of the accommodation with supporting photos/videos because the slightest defect, however small, will not be the fault of the promoter and should have been reported beforehand. . It’s a shame to hide behind the law rather than trusting the good faith of their clients. It leaves a bitter taste when you buy an apartment from a developer who claims the proximity and human character of their residences. Furthermore, if your residence has a green space promised in the spring and you are delivered in autumn/winter, contest the conformity of it otherwise you will end up with a piece of rotten grass supposedly conforming and which will have to be put back in place. the state at your expense 👍🏻
