  Before signing, the reports are very good, the staff helpful, but afterwards it's really something else and when you need something or report a problem, it's never the promoter's fault. The person in charge of commercial relations takes care of everything and seems overwhelmed at the slightest objection. At the price of the goods sold, it is still regrettable. In terms of finishes it is very very limited! We are really not satisfied! Problems of all kinds (plumbing, electricity, internet connections... everything seems half done) We can still mention that they are reactive to respond to our messages. But the reports are really different after signing and that's very disappointing!

  We are satisfied following our investment. The Insitom team is very friendly. The delivery went well, we were delivered on time. We made some reservations which were quickly lifted. The person in charge of delivery was listening to us. The residence is pretty. The sales team was able to answer our many questions because it is never easy to plan on an investment such as the purchase of an apartment.

  Delivered in July 2020, a professional team listening to the customer. Effective technical and commercial support. The reservations on delivery were quickly lifted by the companies concerned. Thanks again !!!
