A human-sized property developer in Biarritz and Anglet

At Mindurry Promotion, the family spirit is felt at every stage. Whether you're a first-time buyer looking for your first new apartment or an investor wanting to build equity, everyone is listened to. The team takes the time to discuss your needs, lifestyle, and budget before suggesting the property that's right for you.

The developments are located in prime locations between Biarritz, Anglet, and the surrounding towns, where the quality of life combines proximity to the ocean, amenities, and a relaxed lifestyle. To successfully complete its projects, the developer relies on a network of local contractors and craftsmen renowned for their expertise, guaranteeing meticulous and authentic results.

New apartments and detached houses: tailored support

Mindurry Promotion offers residences in both traditional Basque style and more contemporary architectural designs. The homes are designed for modern lifestyles, with comfortable layouts, functional spaces, and refined aesthetics.

It's even possible to personalize your apartment or house to your liking, from the choice of finishes to the details that make all the difference. Adherence to current standards and meticulous attention to detail at every stage of construction guarantee high-quality results.

Moreover, the support does not stop at the handing over of the keys: the team follows you from A to Z, and even afterwards.
