  The worst real estate developer we've had. He was in charge of the construction of a building (I own an apartment) in VEFA. We were more than 6 months late with zero indemnities and as a bonus, the unfinished common parts and the list of defects are beyond comprehension. I even have a wall not straight, water leaks everywhere, ... For the common areas, I was told at the end of the week, everything will be done, well 4 months later, nothing, stains on the ground everywhere, water leaks in the car park, the keys for the local trash that do not work, bellmen not installed, .... For information, the residence is called Espace Marceau in Drancy. We hired a lawyer on the subject. The promoter fled outright, even leaving the sidewalk under construction. It's amazing but true
