  Despite an apparently quality service, I am disappointed with the lack of consideration from this company. Indeed, from the moment we handed over the keys and for 4 months, we lived in accommodation where all the walls were impregnated with mold caused by a water leak. we had to wait two months and a back and forth of companies before a specialized company was finally sent to resolve this problem. the plumbing company is not at all professional and you have to constantly contact them to keep them moving forward. This led to a distressing period for me. I was not able to receive my daughter, in joint custody, for several weeks because I had to avoid taking showers, her room full of stains and mold, then machines to dry the walls for 2 weeks, very noisy day and night . Every day I saw the spots getting bigger and the mold gaining in size. We were not able to enjoy our apartment as it should have been the case, the moral and usage damage was enormous.

  Apartment delivery in the best conditions!! Top-notch customer support, Unfortunately the application does not allow you to give 6 stars… I recommend AMODIA to anyone wishing to acquire real estate!

  I am very satisfied. I was always able to have someone to contact on the phone or by email to resolve problems. I received regular updates on the progress of the work. Pleasant team, easy communication.
