  Wow! We had dinner at the gourmet restaurant and it was… absolutely flawless, from the amuse-bouches to the petit fours! The five-course dinner was truly exceptional. Beautiful ingredients, indescribable flavors, dishes truly worthy of a Michelin star! Special mention to the vegetable starter and the scallop dish 🤤 Thank you again and congratulations to the chef and the team who gave us a truly timeless experience in a friendly setting in the Basque Country 🫶

  We spent two nights in this magnificent place, found through the Teritoria network. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and furnished with antiques. A very warm welcome at reception, with excellent recommendations for exploring the neighboring villages. The very comfortable room offered a superb view of the village. Dinner was delicious, and the restaurant staff were very professional. Breakfast was also of high-quality quality, with a special mention ❤️ for the homemade mango-passion fruit jam. I 100% recommend the Hotel Ithurria. Kudos to the staff and owners.
