  Copy of the review sent to the hotel today regarding my stay in a room designated as accessible (PRM). I am sorry, as your staff is very welcoming. However, I must confess that I am extremely disappointed with my night at your hotel today. I took the precaution of booking a room designated as accessible (PRM) because I am a wheelchair user, as I specified when making the reservation. You expressly indicated to us during the booking process that it would necessarily be a suite. I saw no objection to this, as your hotel had the advantage of being close to the venue where my daughter was participating in an equestrian competition. However, what a surprise to find that the room you assigned us was neither a suite nor, even less so, an accessible (PRM) room. Indeed, a suite cannot be called such simply because there's a sofa in the hallway. Furthermore, an accessible room must have doors, even interior ones, wide enough for a wheelchair to enter the bathroom without difficulty (90cm). Although my wheelchair is much narrower, I still couldn't access the bathroom. Moreover, an accessible bathroom must have a mirror that is low enough for a wheelchair user to see themselves properly, wash, apply makeup, and style their hair correctly. Your bathroom does not meet this criterion at all. Your mirror is large and well-lit, but I couldn't even see the top of my forehead in it, in my opinion. Furthermore, a single grab bar is insufficient in a walk-in shower to be considered accessible. The height of the faucets and the shower head are unusable by a wheelchair user. The shower doesn't even have a shower bench, let alone a fold-down one. This bathroom was recently renovated, yet I don't believe a competent tradesperson or architect was consulted. In short, I paid over €200 a night for a cold, unsuitable room, the bathroom of which I couldn't even use. My husband and I are used to staying in four-star hotels, and unfortunately, although your reception rooms and garden are magnificent, the room was a huge disappointment. I feel compelled to bring this to your attention and perhaps remind you of the terms of the article outlining your accessibility obligations under Law 2002-102 of February 11, 2005. I should point out that I don't need AI to write this; my fingers and inspiration are sufficient.

  Une nuit à chantaco, la météo n'était pas avec nous, mais l'accueil nous a donné le sourire. Une grande chambre avec vue sur la Rhune dans un cadre bucolique.tres bon séjour.
